NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING to consider Board Bill Number 243 pertaining to the regulations and standards for the Lafayette Square Historic District.

A public hearing will be held on February 22, 2012 at 10 a.m. in Room 208 of the St. Louis City Hall, 1200 Market Street, St. Louis, Missouri 63103, by the Public Safety Committee. The Hearing pertains to Board bill 243, which concerns changes to the regulations and standards for the Lafayette Square Historic District.

Any person wishing to speak for or against the above cited board bill should be present at the public hearing.

All interested persons will be given a reasonable opportunity to express their views respecting the proposed standards. A copy of the board bill is available for review at the office of the Clerk of the Board of Aldermen in Room 230 of the St. Louis City Hall, 1200 Market Street, St. Louis, Missouri 63103.
